We are a sustainable brand
When it comes to our farming methods, our aim is not just to be organic and ecological, but also to achieve a zero-carbon footprint. Our production process is the following:
- We use no plastics or fabric for pest control.
- Sheep graze in organic pastures so that organic matter is incorporated to the soil and weeds are eliminated.
- All plants and herbs are dehydrated using a solar dehydrator. This reduces the intensity of thermal shocks during the dehydration process, ensuring plants do not lose their organoleptic properties.
- We use glass as our prime packaging material. In addition to being recyclable, this encourages the recharging or reusing of containers for whichever other products our consumers may wish to store.
This has been and will always be the path we follow. By producing sustainable, healthy food, we will have a sustainable planet too.
